Neurology Services and Cerebrovascular Diagnostics
With Korea rapidly transitioning into an aging society, the prevalence and impact of neurological conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, and stroke are drawing increased attention from both patients and healthcare professionals. At Myung Diagnostic Radiology Center’s Neurology Department, they offer a comprehensive suite of brain and cerebrovascular examinations, including high-resolution MRI and CT angiography, to evaluate vascular integrity and soft tissue structures.
Their neurological testing protocols encompass cognitive assessments, nerve conduction studies, and electrophysiological evaluations, all conducted by experienced neurologists in collaboration with radiology specialists. By integrating imaging findings with clinical data, they aim to detect early pathological changes—such as microvascular ischemia or neurodegenerative markers—well before symptoms become disabling. Early diagnosis enables tailored management plans, coordination with rehabilitation therapists, and recommendations for lifestyle modifications that collectively aim to preserve cognitive function, optimize motor control, and ultimately enhance each patient’s quality of life as they age.
